The number of fruits in 0.75l packaging depends on the flavor contained in it. In the Squeezed apple flavor we have 7 fruits – the size of seed and stem is small so the greatest part of the fruit is used, whereas in mixed flavors we have 5 apples from which we make fresh squeezed juice and 5 peaches where the percentage of fruit  utilization is smaller due to the size of the pip (this also goes for other flavors made of fruit with pits).

The bigger the fruit, the lesser the number of specified fruits on the label and vice versa. What we take into account is that the size of the fruit depends on the variety and year of harvesting. Furthermore, the pit in the fruit significantly affects the utilization of the fruit in such way that the bigger the pit, the lesser utilization of the fruit and vice versa.

Fruit puree is a product obtained by processing the edible part of the whole fruit, peeled or unpeeled, without separation of the juice, which has not fermented but can be fermented.
